Peninsula Leisure is looking forward to the arrival of summer and is expanding our casual Duty Manager team for our two award-winning facilities: Peninsula Aquatic Recreation Centre (PARC) and Pines Forest Aquatic Centre (PINES).
Peninsula Leisure Duty Managers champion our focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences within an innovative and safe environment. The role is an integral part of the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities, ensuring the smooth delivery of all programs and services.
Duty Managers make certain that the company is adhering to Public Health and Wellbeing Regulations as well as addressing member and guest needs or concerns. To shine in this role, it is essential that you are responsible, flexible, solutions-focussed and have a positive mindset.
This role requires current Pool Lifeguard and First Aid certification. Employment is also subject to completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and current Working with Children Check.
